Get Strong Elite Squad is a small–group training program (max.6 people) designed to help real people in our local community build strength, energy and confidence with expert coaching and a supportive crew that shows up for you every week.
All Get Strong Elite Squad members are added to a private WhatsApp group. This is where I share session updates, scheduling changes, reminders, and occasional coaching notes to keep everyone consistent and accountable.
This is not a packed bootcamp where you get lost in the crowd. It’s a coached environment for people who want real progress and real support.


Yes. Sessions are coached and scaled to your level. You’ll learn proper technique, build confidence, and progress safely without feeling rushed or out of place.
Groups are capped at 6 people, so you get real coaching, individual feedback, and structured programming - not loud music, random workouts, or being left to figure things out.
No. You need commitment, not fitness. If you show up consistently and put in effort, the training will meet you where you are and help you progress from there.
Sessions are $35 per session. Payment is taken in advance to secure your spot, as group numbers are limited. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged, as your spot is reserved for you.
Repeated cancellations may result in your place being released to someone on the waitlist.

How it works?
• Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up
• 10 minutes explaining exercises and set-up
• 25 minutes hard work
• 10 minutes mobility & stretching
• You leave done, not destroyed
